Dr Waddy's Sterilising Drum

Sterilising drum belonging to Dr Francis Fisher Waddy, first anaesthetist at Northampton General Hospital. The drum contained small items of anaaesthetic equipment during their sterilisation.

Torah Scroll

Escape Boot

Escape boot designed for RAF pilots by local manufacturers Haynes and Cann in 1943. Northamptonshire has a long history of making military footwear.
